Call Center Operator (Outbound Calls)

Call Center Operator (Outbound Calls) at CIAN. Seeking candidates with at least 6 months of experience in active telemarketing or outbound calls, with objection handling skills. Remote position.

We are looking for a colleague who has: - Latest relevant experience in active telemarketing or making outbound calls from a ready-made client base of 6 months (150+ calls per day) - Skills in objection handling, dealing with negativity, and bringing the client to the next stage - Skills in working with cold and warm leads - Skills in working with monthly KPI plans

- Own computer/laptop, camera, headset, stable internet, and a quiet place to work - Desire to earn and develop in the field of telephone sales
