Business Journalist
Educational project for business owners seeks a business journalist to write articles and conduct interviews with entrepreneurs. Remote, 2-3 materials per week, fixed pay per material.
We are an educational project for business owners focused on building strong teams and management. One of our directions is a business magazine where we analyze entrepreneurs' experience and produce practical materials on current business issues. Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs, preparing thoroughly and finding interesting angles. - Write entrepreneurial stories, not just transcriptions, but strong narratives. - Write articles based on requests from business owners, researching topics and collecting comments. - Work with SEO topics while maintaining journalistic quality. - Integrate themes of teams and management naturally where relevant.
We are looking for a business journalist, not a copywriter. Experience with T—J Business, T-Business Secrets, RB.RU, Inc., Forbes or other business media is a plus. - Ability to conduct interviews, not just work with transcripts. - Understand business and speak the same language as entrepreneurs. - Independently research topics and find facts. - See stories behind facts and know how to structure material. - Ask tough and clarifying questions. - Find fresh angles on overdone topics. - Write lively and clear, without bureaucratic language or hype. - Handle facts, numbers, and quotes carefully without inventing anything.
Remote work. 2-3 materials per week. Payment: fixed per material, discussed individually. Heroes and interview contacts provided. Work with an editor. Test assignment required before starting.
