Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager at Tribe. Remote or Limassol office. Fintech, Payments, Acquiring experience required. English B2+. Salary discussed individually.
Seeking a Business Development Manager to find and connect new payment systems and aggregators. Responsibilities include negotiation, onboarding providers (KYC, compliance), launching new payment methods, analyzing effectiveness, optimizing commissions, and improving approval rates. Collaboration with Product, Tech, Finance, and Support teams is expected.
2-3 years of experience in fintech, payments, or acquiring. Experience interacting with payment providers/aggregators in B2B. Understanding of processes: approval rate, routing, limits. Negotiation and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets). English language from B2. Proactive, able to work in a multitasking environment. Responsible for results, bringing tasks to completion. Strong communication skills. Plus: experience in iGaming, working with multiple GEOs, PSPs, and aggregators.
