Business Data Analyst needed for a remote, full-time role. This is the first analytics hire, responsible for building analytics from scratch, understanding product and business metrics, and driving growth through data insights. Competitive salary.

You will own the full analytics function, working directly with the CEO and having a direct impact on product and business decisions. The role focuses on building and analyzing the entire user funnel, optimizing acquisition channels, and developing unit economics across different customer segments. You’ll work in a fast-moving fintech environment where data-driven decisions are critical and implemented quickly.

Strong SQL skills, ability to write complex queries independently Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) 3+ years of experience in fintech, neobank, or consumer apps with real transaction data Ability to take a business question and independently deliver insights without supervision Strong analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset
