We are looking for a strong business assistant for a project of an expert in psychology, self-knowledge and spiritual development. We need not a classic assistant working according to ready-made instructions, but a person who can be given a task and get a ready-made solution. What is important to us: • very high speed of work; • ability to work in multitasking; • ability to quickly solve non-standard tasks; • independence and minimal need for control; • high level of responsibility; • ability to understand the task at a glance and feel what result the manager needs; • developed emotional intelligence and intuition; • strong negotiation skills; • excellent command of ChatGPT and other AI tools; • readiness for a flexible, sometimes irregular schedule; • friendliness, responsiveness and a high standard of quality. What you will do: There is no exact list of tasks - it can change from week to week depending on launches and current projects. Examples of tasks: • carry out business assignments of the manager; • use AI to build marketing funnels based on input or voice messages; • create and improve prompts; • search for information and find solutions to non-standard tasks; • search, interview and hire contractors; • negotiate terms and costs; • control contractors and deadlines; • search for venues for offline events; • participate in organizing launches; • periodically interact with clients and get involved in sales. The main principle of work: do not bring the problem to the manager, but independently figure it out and offer a ready-made solution. About the project: We create products in the field of psychology, self-knowledge, spirituality and esoterics. The team has a very warm, lively and supportive atmosphere, but at the same time high requirements for product quality and customer service. The project has a very high percentage of repeat purchases: people return for the next products thanks to the quality, depth and level of service. We need a person who is close to these values and interested in the project's theme. How to respond: Instead of a standard cover letter, answer a few questions. 1. Prioritization: Imagine that 5 situations happened simultaneously: • in 2 hours the manager has a live broadcast, but the contractor has not yet sent the final materials; • the client is waiting for a response on payment; • you need to find a venue for the event today; • the contractor missed the deadline; • the manager sent a voice message with an idea for a new product and wrote: 'Look urgently'. In what order will you solve these tasks and why? Task 2. Negotiations: A contractor who suits us named the cost of work 100,000 rubles. Our budget is 70,000 rubles, and the work is needed urgently. Write a message to the contractor that you would send in this situation. Task 3. Shorten the manager's path: The manager sent you 7 voice messages on a new sales funnel: ideas are mixed, some thoughts are repeated, there are several mechanics options. What will you do so that in 30 minutes the manager has a ready-made clear material with which you can already make a decision and start work? Describe briefly: • what actions you will take; • how you will use AI; • what exactly you will get in the end; • in what form you will pass the result to the manager.
