Business Analyst US-based B2B marketplace

US-based B2B marketplace is looking for a remote Business Analyst (Europe or LatAm) to own data behind ordering and catalog operations. Salary: $3,000-$3,500/month.

You'll own the data behind ordering and catalog operations: figure out why orders run late and where supplier integrations break, then turn what you find into clear tasks for engineering. What you'll do: - Build and own dashboards for orders, catalog health and customer activation - Find the root causes of operational issues - Write requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering, then test what ships - Share weekly reporting with product and leadership

What you'll need: - 3+ years as a business, product or systems analyst working with messy operational data - Strong SQL - Experience at a startup or a small, fast-moving team - Fluent English and Russian Nice to have: marketplace, e-commerce, procurement or supply chain experience

Work format: Remote, Europe or LatAm (not open to candidates based in Russia or Belarus) Salary: $3,000 - $3,500/month Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Time
