Business Analyst in HR team

Business Analyst in HR team. Tasks: gather/document requirements, describe processes/user stories, improve HR processes, work with Metabase, explore AI. Requirements: 2+ years BA, BPMN/UML, Jira, SQL plus. Offers high salary, bonuses, 24 vacation days.

Responsibilities:• Collect, analyze and document business requirements;• Describe processes, user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria;• Analyze and improve HR processes, look for automation opportunities;• Work with data and dashboards in Metabase;• Research where AI can improve internal processes;• Support tasks from discovery and requirements to release and post-launch.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;• Experience with requirements and describing business processes;• Understanding of BPMN/UML, SDLC and Agile;• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma;• Experience with Metabase or other BI tools;• Basic SQL will be a plus;• Confident use of AI tools in work;• Strong analytical and communication skills;• English Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ will be an advantage.
