Analysis and optimization of HR processes, automation and development of internal solutions using AI technologies, development of internal tools for employees. The role involves extensive interaction with HRD, HR, developers, designers, analysts, and recruiters: from identifying automation opportunities to launching new solutions.

Experience in business analysis from 2 years, working with requirements and business processes, and interest in AI.
