Simple Group is one of the largest Russian importers of wine and spirits, including the SimpleWine wine shop chain. Responsibilities: – Cross-functional product tasks impacting user journey and metrics – Formulating requirements and implementing UX improvements for the website and application – Analysis and modeling of processes (AS IS / TO BE, BPMN, EPC, IDEF0) – Managing the full task cycle: from hypothesis formulation to documentation

Required competencies: – 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst – Experience in e-commerce / B2C (website, applications) will be a plus – Skills in process modeling and user scenario development – Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro – Ability to apply ML and AI will be an advantage
