Business Analyst

Business Analyst for an iGaming company. Office in Belgrade, Serbia. Focus on optimizing workflows and automation proposals.

The role focuses on understanding company workflows, identifying simplification or improvement opportunities, and proposing automation options. Responsibilities: - Understand processes across different company departments. - Analyze current processes to find redundant actions, duplication, and areas of time/resource loss. - Determine which tasks can be simplified or automated. - Develop improvement proposals and estimate potential impact. - Discuss issues with colleagues and help find appropriate solutions.

Important: - Ability to analyze processes, see interconnections, and find root causes. - Systems thinking and ability to structure information. - Ability to not just identify a problem but propose solutions. - Willingness to delve into new tasks and business areas. Nice to have: - Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or payments.
