Business Analyst CFT (System Analyst, Methodologist)

Business analyst for a large-scale project to optimize the operating model based on CFT-ABS. Requires 3+ years in a bank, knowledge of CFT-ABS, BPMN 2.0, MS Visio. Project work, salary discussed individually.

Large-scale project to optimize the operating model based on CFT-ABS. Responsibilities: - Survey and description (As-Is): Conduct interviews with business process owners (back office, front office, accounting, risk management) to collect information. Detailed description of current bank business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation and MS Visio (creating flowcharts, interaction diagrams, RACI matrices). Identify bottlenecks, duplication of operations, and non-automated areas (white spots). - Methodology and requirements analysis (To-Be): Analyze functional modules of CFT-ABS (in areas: remote banking, loan conveyor, operational day, treasury, deposits, guarantees, etc.) to determine coverage of business needs. Formulate requirements for customizing the out-of-the-box solution: describe necessary parameters, reference books, limits, and access rights so that the process in ABS corresponds to the real legal and accounting cycle of the bank. Develop migration process scenarios — how employees will work in the new system. - Documentation and regulation: Develop and update functional requirements (FR) and technical specifications (TS) for developers and CFT consultants. Create clear user instructions and regulations for bank employees on working in the new ABS. Coordinate described processes with the bank's methodological committee and internal audit service.

Requirements: - Bank experience: 3+ years as a system analyst, methodologist, or leading automation specialist. - Knowledge of CFT-ABS: mandatory understanding of architecture, basic modules, and posting logic. Experience in implementation or modification projects of CFT is welcome. - Tools: Advanced MS Visio user (ability to build complex cross-functional diagrams). Knowledge of ARIS, ELMA, or similar BPM systems is desirable. - Understanding of banking processes: operational day, remote banking, credit products, accounts receivable/payable, payment calendar, deposits, securities. Will be an advantage: - Experience with out-of-the-box solutions (not only CFT, but also RS-Bank or foreign analogues). - Knowledge of SQL (for data extraction for analysis). - BPMN certifications.
