Brand designer for Tuvio home appliances at Yandex Fabrika, Moscow office. Develop brand identity, design systems, and guidelines.

Develop brand identity, visual philosophy, and communications for Tuvio. Create design concepts and communication systems for packaging, website, advertising, and in-store products. Create brand guidelines and ensure their application by different teams, from marketing to production. Supervise colleagues and production teams, write briefs for designers, and control project implementation. Adapt visual solutions to various media and business tasks.

At least 3 years of experience in similar tasks. High level of design awareness, sense of style, and marketing foundation. Experience with brand books and brand strategy, as well as creating scalable design systems. Proficient in graphic editors, ability to create content using neural networks, work with retouching and post-processing. Ability to argue design decisions and communicate them to different teams. Independence and readiness to dive into business tasks.
