Flowwow is looking for a Brand Acquisition Manager. Salary: 70,000 to 105,000 RUB. Remote or hybrid work. Responsibilities include cold outreach to brands, conducting meetings, and managing CRM.

Responsibilities: - Cold search for brands relevant to the store concept; - Outgoing contacts: emails, messages, social networks, messengers, calls; - Conducting video meetings with potential partners; - Presentation of the store concept and placement conditions; - Negotiations with brands and reaching an agreement on placement; - Formation and constant maintenance of a CRM database of brands and contacts; - Accounting and support for some existing sellers; - Transferring agreements to the internal team and monitoring the fulfillment of obligations.

Requirements: - Sales experience from 1 year; - Knowledge of commission agreements; - Ability to find brands and sell an idea, not just a product from a script; - No fear of cold contacts; - Ability to politely but persistently reach out to decision-makers; - Experience in systematic work: maintaining a database, fixing statuses, not losing agreements; - Confident user of CRM, Google Sheets, email, messengers, video conferencing, call tools; - Interest in local brands; - Communication skills, openness, self-confidence. A big advantage will be: - Having your own database of local brands or contacts; - Experience working with the "Chestny Znak" system and product labeling.
