Vacancy: Business Analyst Grade: Senior. Company: outstaff. Format: remote. Location: Russia. Salary: from 220,000 to 330,000 rubles net per month. Internal project for automation of the credit conveyor.

Internal project for automation, reengineering, and optimization of the end-to-end credit conveyor for large corporate clients. Key tasks: Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements for the automation of legal entity lending stages (large business) Interaction with related departments: credit department, methodology, risk management, IT development Coordination of requirements with customers, backlog prioritization, change management, and scope creep control Support for the development team: preparation of specifications, analytical support, acceptance of implemented functionality Development of business testing scenarios (UAT), conducting demos for users User support during testing and rollout of functionality into production operation

Mandatory requirements: Higher education: Economics, Finance, Applied Informatics, Information Systems and Technologies Experience in credit institutions for over 3 years in the area of legal entity lending (large corporate segment) Deep understanding of the internal legal entity credit conveyor: deal stages, underwriting, pricing, limiting, structuring, tranche disbursement, monitoring/servicing Experience in analyzing banking processes and preparing dev-ready automation requirements for over 3 years Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project) Algorithmic thinking, ability to decompose complex business processes into clear technical contracts
