Remote Bitrix24 Specialist (Integrator / Bitrixologist) / Business Analyst in Russia. Middle level. Hourly pay 700–1000 RUB under a contract with an individual entrepreneur.

We are looking for a ready specialist who loves to understand things and seeks a team where they can scale their knowledge. The role involves configuring Bitrix24 for client businesses and treating the CRM as part of the client's business, not just a set of checkboxes.

Be aware that a client's business stands behind Bitrix24, not a set of checkboxes in a task. Think, analyze, gather information, build hypotheses, draw conclusions, make independent decisions, willingness to learn new things, develop and help the team develop. Be honest and responsible. Be attentive: dive into what you configure, do not leave the CRM in an “approximately” state. Necessary skills: Experience configuring Bitrix24 from 1 year and cases that can be discussed aloud. Typical portal settings: company structure, employees, rights and roles. Sales funnels and card fields. Open lines, email, widgets, bots in Telegram and MAX, Avito and VK. Tasks, database segmentation, mailings, import/export. Robots, triggers, business processes, smart processes. Auto-reports, universal lists, document templates. Integrations with 1C, telephony, Wazzup, Direct. BI and end-to-end analytics. AI tools experience will be a plus.
