Bitrix24 Integrator

Bitrix24 Integrator at Karnizoff LLC in Moscow. Salary 150,000–200,000 RUB. Audit and automate business processes, configure CRM, integrate with telephony, messengers, and 1C. Initially office, later hybrid possible.

What you will do: - Integrate Bitrix24 (cloud version) - Audit current business processes and describe them (as-is → to-be) - Design Bitrix24 architecture for production and on-site services (measurements, installations, workshop) - Configure the system: sales funnels, smart processes for measurements and installations, production stages, automatic notifications - Integrate CRM with external services (telephony, messengers, 1C) - Create regulations and instructions for employees, train the team (office, production, on-site specialists) - Control database accuracy, implement KPIs and metrics to evaluate department efficiency

Who we are looking for: Candidate requirements: - Experience: At least 3 years of confirmed experience as a business process analyst, system analyst, or CRM integrator - Confirmed experience automating companies with an end-to-end cycle: Sale → On-site measurement → Production → Delivery / Installation - VERY IMPORTANT: Relevant experience is in companies with a similar operating model: furniture, windows, doors, kitchens, blinds, cornices, sun protection systems, stretch ceilings, construction and finishing solutions, and other goods/services with individual production and on-site specialists. - Bitrix24 expertise: Deep knowledge of the platform (cloud / on-premise) - Setting up complex business processes, robots, smart processes - Setting up document generators - Integrations with external services (telephony, messengers)
