Analyst for Bitrix24 (on-premise) project, remote/hybrid. Develops and refines corporate system, optimizes business processes, and manages integrations. Salary negotiable.

Developing and refining a corporate system based on Bitrix24 (on-premise version). The system is already implemented and actively used, but requires: → optimization of business processes → enhancements → logical structuring → integration development This is not an implementation from scratch, but a live project with a large number of users and tasks. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze requirements from the business • Describe business processes (as-is / to-be) • Formulate technical specifications for developers • Work with tasks in the backlog (Jira / Bitrix) • Participate in task prioritization • Verify implemented enhancements • Interact with developers, support, and clients • Assist users with complex cases Context and tasks: Bitrix24 (on-premise, customization) CRM (leads, deals, funnels) Business processes (robots, smart processes) Integrations (1C, API, external services) Automation of department operations

2+ years of experience as an analyst Experience with Bitrix24 (preferably on-premise) Understanding of CRM and business processes Ability to write clear technical specifications Experience interacting with developers Skills in structuring requirements Ability to communicate with the business Will be a plus: Experience with 1C integrations Understanding of Bitrix24 REST API Experience in sales/service automation projects Experience with highload systems
