BDM (Financial institutions partnership manager)

Inwizo is hiring a BDM (Financial institutions partnership manager) for an international payment company. Remote, only Cyprus. Focus: PSP/VASP/APM partnerships, high-risk processing, routing, approval rate. Competitive pay discussed individually.

International payment company operating in global markets and various business segments. The company develops payment infrastructure, acquiring and alternative payment solutions, cooperates with merchants in different regions and actively scales business worldwide. Responsibilities: - Search and connect: PSP (acquirers, gateways) VASP (crypto / on-off ramp) alternative payment methods (APM) - Develop partner network to increase approval rate - Negotiate processing terms, fees, routing - Manage integrations together with Product and Tech - Optimize payment flows (cascading, routing) - Analyze partner performance (conversion, decline rate) - Participate in industry events (payments / crypto)

Mandatory: - 3+ years of experience in PSP / payments / crypto / VASP - Practical experience connecting payment providers and alternative payment methods - Understanding: payment processing routing / cascading approval rate / conversion - Experience with high-risk processing - Contacts among PSP / crypto providers Nice to have: - Experience in payment orchestration - Understanding of antifraud / risk scoring - Experience scaling payment solutions Candidates with only banking background (without experience in PSP / processing / APM) are not considered.
