Neovate Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BD Manager (KOLs) for TetherMax, a global crypto affiliate platform. The role involves onboarding crypto KOLs in the Russia/CIS/Ukraine region. Fully remote with commission-based compensation after the initial months.

Neovate Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based Web3 strategic consulting and operations services company. The contract is issued by TetherMax, a global crypto affiliate and trading fee rebate platform with official affiliate partnerships across 20+ top global exchanges. TetherMax holds the No.1 position in Korea's fee rebate market and is now expanding globally. We are currently expanding into Russia / CIS / Ukraine region and are looking for BDs who will onboard crypto KOLs in this region.

Experience in crypto, Web3, affiliate marketing, or BD. Existing relationships with local KOLs and community admins. Familiarity with referral or affiliate mechanics. Russian + English language skills.

Fully remote work. Meetings: Weekly Telegram check-in + Monthly online call. Base salary: Month 1: 700 USDT + KPI Bonus | Month 2: 1,200 USDT + KPI Bonus|Month 3+: Commission only. Payment: USDT -- base commission real-time, bonuses monthly. Side work: Exchange BD roles permitted (competing rebate platforms excluded).
