Bank Transfer Agent Relationship Manager

Full-time role in Cyprus or Serbia (office) to manage Bank Transfer agents network, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance monitoring.

Seeking a specialist responsible for finding, onboarding, and developing the agent network in target regions. Build relationships with agents, control their performance, and resolve payment disputes. Responsibilities: Source potential agents, onboarding, training, and launch; Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships; Monitor compliance with internal rules and SLA; Interact with internal teams; Monitor performance, handle disputes and contested payments; Prepare and maintain regular reports.

Experience with Bank Transfer agents or P2P payments; Experience in finding and attracting new partners; Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships; Systematic approach and attention to detail; Ability to handle large volumes of information; English at working communication level. Nice to have: Experience with payment agents; Understanding of local payment methods; Experience with disputes; Knowledge of payment market in specific regions.
