Backend Python Developer

M1NT is hiring a Python Backend Developer. Up to 130,000 RUB net/month. Junior, full-time, remote (can work outside Russia). Develop and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs.

Company is actively growing and expanding its development team. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend logic and services in Python - Work with FastAPI, Django, or Flask depending on the project - Design and develop REST APIs - Work with endpoints and data serialization - Document APIs with Swagger - Follow project standards: typing, project structure, DB migrations - Optimize application performance and stability - Work with DB queries, caching, and load handling - Understand the existing codebase and independently find solutions

- Commercial backend development experience from 1 year - Confident knowledge of Python - Confident knowledge of at least one framework: FastAPI, Django, or Flask - Understanding of REST API design and operation principles - Willingness to understand other people's code - Ability to solve tasks independently and attention to detail - Willingness to complete a live-coding practical task in real time with the team lead
