What you will do: - Backend architecture and tech strategy (Rails + Python/Go microservices) - Development, DB optimization (sharding, partitioning), RESTful API - A/B experiments and solution implementation - Team management and mentoring - DevOps, security, process improvement

Who we are looking for: - 8+ years of commercial production experience with Ruby on Rails - Experience with Python (FastAPI/Django) and Go - Backend for mobile applications and systems with 10,000+ DAU - Experience managing a development team - RSpec, Git, Agile, cloud infrastructures (AWS/GCP) - Fluent English (written + spoken) - Mandatory experience in B2C companies (high-load user services)
