Backend Engineer

Backend Engineer at SwapRail. Worldwide remote work. Design and develop backend services and APIs for liquidity aggregation and swap routing. Strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript/Go/Rust.

Design and development of backend services and APIs for liquidity aggregation and swap routing. Integration of on-chain and off-chain data sources (RPC, indexers, API). Development of transaction simulation and validation engine, performance optimization. Database design (PostgreSQL) and service monitoring. Work with microservice architecture and distributed systems.

Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript / Go / Rust. Understanding of asynchronous systems and concurrency. Experience integrating blockchain data or Web3 systems. Experience with DeFi protocols or aggregators (1inch, Uniswap) (plus). Understanding of MEV, routing optimization, and slippage control (plus).
