Backend Developer Python for internal CRM/ERP implementation. Hybrid work, 1-3 years experience, full-time.

Internal implementation of CRM system as a developer. Development, refinement, and creation of integration modules within CRM. Optimization of company business processes via ERP automation. Collaboration with product managers and developers. Participation in architecture design of new features and their implementation. Integration with existing systems. Testing and support of solutions. Technical support and documentation.

Minimum 3 years of commercial Python development. Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban. Understanding of OOP and design patterns. PostgreSQL experience, efficient queries. REST API creation and integration. Basic Docker and Git. Basic message broker knowledge (Kafka/RabbitMQ/WSO2). Ability to navigate foreign code. English for technical documentation. Basic JavaScript (ES6). Plus: ERPNext or Odoo experience, understanding of ERP cycles, integration experience, ability to read Java/Scala/PHP code.

Full-time, hybrid schedule 5/2.
