Backend Developer for GigaChat Alignment at Sber. Salary: 400-600k RUB. Responsibilities include managing ML pipelines, developing access services, automating metrics, CI/CD, and working with PostgreSQL. Remote work available.

Sber is the largest bank in Russia and a leading financial institution developing a DS&AI community and the GigaChat Alignment platform for ML engineers. What you will do: - Manage and monitor existing ML pipelines, ensuring their stable operation. - Develop and maintain a role-based access service for users and services. - Automate metric collection and model monitoring. - Configure and support CI/CD processes for ML projects. - Work with PostgreSQL for storing data, metrics, and access information. - Support and develop internal MLOps tools (analogous to ClearML/MLflow). - Configure pipeline orchestration (Airflow or similar).

Excellent Python skills, deep understanding of FastAPI and service architecture Experience with PostgreSQL and other DBMS Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) Skills in process automation, monitoring, and logging Experience with MLOps frameworks (ClearML, MLflow, or similar) is a plus. Understanding and experience in configuring task orchestration (Airflow) is a plus. Frontend development experience or integration of metric visualizations and access management is a plus.
