Join a production center as an Avito specialist to manage ads and bids for expert services. Performance-based pay with KPI bonuses.

We package helping professionals — psychologists, coaches, hypnotherapists, regressologists — and bring clients to them. Avito is our working channel: listings, creatives, and texts are already fine-tuned, with our own algorithm and an agent handling correspondence. We need someone to take over the technical part and bids. Texts and creatives are made by us — you only handle setup and ad management. How we work: - Start with a test project: our women's club, traffic to a lead magnet. - If results satisfy both sides, transition to staff and manage up to 10 projects simultaneously using our algorithm. - Projects run in cycles at different stages: some experts work for 2 weeks, others 3–4, usually no longer than a month. When a cycle ends, a new project launches on the same scheme. - Some experts move to long-term work after the first cycle. What you'll do: - Technical setup and placement of listings on Avito classifieds. - Daily bid management and position control: keep listings at 3–5 positions, not 1–2. - Work with geo: concentrate budget in proven cities and scale within them, not spread thin. - Regular reporting: not just impressions and contacts from the dashboard, but also the bottom of the funnel from our dashboard (registrations, meetings, lead quality). - Propose solutions independently — don't wait to be asked.

Experience with Avito management from half a year. Expertise in similar niches and categories: psychology, coaching, education, online services for experts. Cases with numbers for services. Ability to work with someone else's algorithm and not rewrite what already works. Count contact price and lead price, not just 'spent budget'. Ready to manage several projects in parallel without losing quality.

Ready-made texts and creatives — no need to invent listings. A clear system and dashboard with analytics across the entire funnel. Stable flow of projects: some cycles close, new ones launch. Salary + KPI bonus for fulfilling the plan for each project, both in short cycles and long-term work. There is a plan for each expert, from which KPI indicators are calculated. Payment by agreement.
