Automation QA (Java)

ITK academy is hiring a Junior/Middle Automation QA (Java) for remote work, salary up to 90,000 RUB per month.

We are looking for a candidate who can write tests and wants to grow in quality engineering. You will be responsible for the full testing cycle, from unit tests to integration runs in pipelines.

Junior/Middle Java AQA: able to write tests, wants to improve in quality engineering Beginning Java Developer: wants to enter IT through automation, to later move to development, knowing the system from inside Full Stack testing engineer: ready to cover the entire cycle - from unit tests to integration runs in pipelines Knowledge of Java/Kotlin at the level of core language and collections, ability to write code Experience with Git, knowledge of basic commands and working with branches Experience writing automated tests on JUnit/TestNG, understanding parameterized tests, writing assertions RestAssured: sending requests, processing responses, working with JSON/XML Understanding how to test Spring Boot applications Basic knowledge of SQL: write a query with JOIN, check data in DB after test Ability to work with Docker: spin up a container with DB or test environment, understanding the difference between image and container Understanding how tests run in CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions), ability to read logs of failed build Having pet projects with automated tests. Showing code is more important than diploma Understanding why mocks are needed (Mockito), ability to write them to isolate the tested class Will be a plus: Experience with Selenium/Playwright Setting up Allure/ExtentReports Working with Kafka/RabbitMQ in tests
