Automation Expert

Automation Expert with 5+ years in industrial robotics: audits, solution architecture, component selection, knowledge base, team consulting, sales support, supplier evaluation. Higher technical education required.

Conduct technical audits and analyze client business processes to identify automation opportunities. Develop technical specifications and turnkey solution architectures (from integration into existing lines to building new complexes from scratch). Design systems: select components (robots, conveyors, sensors), define operation algorithms, assess feasibility. Create knowledge base, design standards for CTS and application software. Consult project teams (chief project engineers, engineers) during technical specification and TRP development, control software quality, participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT). Interact with clients: kick-off meetings, presentations of standard and custom solutions. Support sales: site surveys, develop project execution strategy, prepare technical and commercial proposals (TCP), estimate labor costs, risks and timelines, audit contractors. Evaluate equipment suppliers, form recommendations on technology application. Analyze project implementation experience, adjust design and organizational decisions, improve system reliability. Participate in industry exhibitions, create content together with the marketing department.

Higher technical education (Robotics, Automation of Technological Processes, IT or related fields). 5+ years of experience in development, design and implementation of industrial robots. Skills in architecture design, selection and integration of components (conveyors, robots, controllers, software). Confident reading of complex mechanical engineering drawings. Practical experience in commissioning systems at client sites (construction and installation / commissioning works), fault diagnostics; knowledge of drive technology, instrumentation and control, electrical engineering and industrial networks. Proficiency in CAD/CAE systems, robotics simulators (3D cell modeling, collision and performance calculation); skills in programming industrial robots. Deep knowledge of mechanics, electronics, machine vision, safety standards and documentation development stages. Understanding of budgeting principles, labor cost estimation and risk management. System thinking, readiness to make technical decisions, ability to work with large volumes of documentation and interact with clients.
