Practical background in business investigative journalism (level of RBC, Vedomosti, Forbes, Frank Media, etc.), corporate intelligence (OSINT) or judicial jurisprudence (arbitration, bankruptcies); fluency in OSINT tools, ability to read financial statements and professionally work with databases (SPARK, Kontur.Fokus, KAD Arbitr, Fedresurs, collateral registers and foreign corporate registers); developed critical thinking and ability to filter disinformation and paid posts from real insights; a network of business sources (lawyers, analysts, market insiders) will be a significant advantage.
