Author for Family History Books

Project-based cooperation with company SilaM to create family history books from memories and interviews. Payment estimated 15-20k RUB per author's sheet.

We are looking for an author for project-based cooperation: creating books about family histories based on memories and interviews. Tasks: • Study source materials and develop a preliminary structure of the book. • Prepare questions and conduct meaningful interviews with the book's heroes and their relatives. • Collect memories into a coherent, engaging narrative, preserving facts, chronology, emotions, and the personalities of the storytellers.

Key requirements: • Mandatory experience in writing commissioned books (biographical, memoir, or books for experts) and the ability to independently prepare and conduct interviews. • Literary mastery, structural thinking, organization, and strict adherence to agreed deadlines. • Competent speech, tact, ability to listen and build rapport. • Advantage: ability to find and verify historical information in open sources, organically weaving the era's context into the family story.

Project work, cooperation with individual entrepreneur and SMP (small and medium-sized enterprises). Volume, deadlines, and terms are agreed individually. Payment guidance: 15-20 thousand per author's sheet.
