Assistant SMM Specialist / Marketer

Only Yekaterinburg. SMM specialist/marketer seeks a female assistant to help with SMM content: Reels editing, Stories, posting, content plans, coordination. Pay 15–20k RUB/month.

About me: I am an SMM specialist and marketer managing several different projects. Tasks are growing, so I am looking for an assistant to gradually delegate part of the work. I need a girl who is already somewhat familiar with SMM and understands how content work is organized. The exact task list will be discussed at the interview and will depend on skills, experience, and interests. Approximate tasks: — help with Reels editing: from simple loading and cutting to more independent editing depending on skills; — help with Stories design; — publish ready posts and other content; — participate in creating content plans: search for topics, ideas, and references; — select comments, questions, and other materials for content; — help with design of guides, presentations, and various designs; — perform small ongoing SMM tasks across projects; — help with coordination: monitor tasks and deadlines, remind about what needs to be done or approved.

I am looking for an active and proactive person who does not just wait for detailed step-by-step instructions but gets involved, suggests ideas, asks questions, and reminds if something is stuck. Must be available 8-18 MSK. Schedule 5/2. Important to handle multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, be organized, attentive, and responsible. Nice to have: — basic SMM experience; — ability to edit Reels / short videos; — design skills; — understanding of typography and composition; — visual awareness and good taste; — ability to work with content not only technically but also see how it can be improved. I do not need a girl who already knows absolutely everything. More important is independence, responsibility, desire to develop, and readiness to quickly understand new tasks.

First payment: 15–20 thousand RUB per month, depending on skills, experience, and scope of tasks. Further review based on workload and responsibilities. If the scope expands and we work well together, we can discuss a pay increase.
