Assistant (Remote)

Part-time remote assistant for a children's party company, coordinating animators and client communication. Salary 20,000 RUB/month plus bonuses.

We organize children's parties and are looking for an assistant to help with scheduling animators for our events. Responsibilities: 1. Assign animators to orders and select performers. 2. Schedule rehearsal dates and confirm them with the person conducting them. 3. Remind animators about events, ensure they send photos confirming they are ready and on time (track in chat). 4. Remind clients that everything is confirmed and collect feedback (no selling needed, separate managers handle that; you only remind that the booking is valid and ask after the event if everything went well to get feedback on animators' work).

Flexible schedule. Small salary: 20,000/month + bonuses.
