Fund for Stroke Control ORBI is looking for an Assistant Chief Accountant in Moscow, near metro Kutuzovskaya/Studencheskaya (on-site or hybrid work). Responsibilities: — Receive and verify incoming documents: contracts, UPD, acts, invoices; — Process primary documents in 1C:Accounting 8.3; — Prepare advance reports; — Generate payment orders in 1C and upload them to the bank; — Work with EDI Diadoc, maintain document archive; — Assist in preparing documents for reporting on grants and donation agreements; — Support the chief accountant in current tasks.

— Higher economic education; — Confident knowledge of 1C:Accounting 8.3 and 1C:ZUP; — Experience with primary accounting documentation; — Attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents; — Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines; — Willingness to work with large amounts of information; — Advantage: experience in a non-profit organization and understanding of accounting specifics in NPOs; — Advantage: experience preparing documents for reporting on grants and donation agreements; — Advantage: experience with Bitrix24.

— Official employment and compliance with Russian labor legislation; — Work on socially significant projects in a unique specialized fund; — Schedule 5/2; — Salary: from 70,000 ₽ net; — Full-time employment, payments twice a month.
