Artist-illustrator / Cover designer

An artist-illustrator and book cover designer is sought by the 11/18 publishing house. Tasks include designing book covers and internal illustrations, preparing files for print, and collaborating with the editorial team. Requirements include a portfolio and professional graphic editors. Remote part-time work.

Creation of book covers for fiction and non-fiction literature; development of internal illustrations for books; preparation of files for printing in accordance with the technical requirements of the publishing house; interaction with the editorial board and authors during the work on the project; participation in discussions of the visual concept of future editions.

Experience in creating book covers and/or internal illustrations; presence of a portfolio; understanding of the specifics of the book market and visual design of books; proficiency in professional graphic editors; ability to work according to technical specifications and meet deadlines; responsibility, independence, good artistic taste; experience cooperating with publishing houses will be an advantage.

Project-based work, remote format of cooperation. Payment is discussed individually and depends on the volume and complexity of the project.
