Art Director at Magic Camp — the creative in-house studio of Yandex Go. Responsible for shaping visual strategy, developing creative concepts, and managing a team of designers. Requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Magic Camp is the creative in-house studio of Yandex Go. We shape the positioning and visual identity of the brand, creating campaigns for Taxi, Samokat, Zapravki, and other Yandex services. We undertake multimedia projects of any complexity, from in-app communications and performance creatives to large-scale special projects and 360 campaigns in B2C and B2B. We shoot videos, populate photo banks, follow trends, and test neural networks and other new tools. Our projects regularly receive awards at international festivals. Your responsibilities will include: Visual Strategy: You will be responsible for shaping and developing a unified brand style across all touchpoints, from digital to offline, developing design systems, brand guides, and visual principles. Creative Development: You will participate in brainstorming sessions, come up with concepts for campaigns, special projects, and new brands, visualize ideas, create key visuals, and inspiring content. Team Management: You will lead a team of designers, help them grow professionally, and foster a culture of high-quality design. You will also work with contractors, oversee production, and seek out new approaches and talents.

You have over two years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and know how to work with AI tools. You can effectively argue your decisions and provide constructive feedback to the team. You possess excellent taste and a keen sense for current trends in design, art, and visual culture. You have a passion for creativity and are driven by it.
