Art Director

Art Director for an edtech/psychology ecosystem, remote, from 180,000 RUB/month, lead visual direction and team.

We are developing an ecosystem of products in psychology and education. We need not just a strong designer, but a leader of the visual direction: with high taste, systems thinking, and the ability to manage a team and the quality of results. It is important to understand how design affects metrics and be able to prove it. Tasks: - Form the company's visual direction and ensure brand consistency - Develop a visual language for different channels and tasks - Lead a team of designers and editors: distribute tasks, provide feedback, participate in hiring - Defend visual concepts to the team and management - Work in conjunction with marketing, content, product, and production, participate in campaign and launch concepts - Participate in key visual decisions and, if necessary, deliver complex projects independently - Implement AI, motion, video, and modern production methods

Experience as an art director Experience managing designers and editors Understanding and cases of how design influences metrics Experience defending visual concepts Experience in EdTech or infobusiness: psychology, personal brands, etc. Wide visual range: graphics, digital, web, communications, preferably UX/UI and motion Hands-on experience and understanding of the real production process
