Art Director

Art Director at Beavers Brothers: lead digital projects, build AI pipelines, manage design team. Remote.

Responsibilities: - Art-direct digital projects: website and app interfaces, games, branding, and design support. - Build AI pipelines for design and integrate them into the team's workflow. - Develop concepts for tenders and presales, defend them before clients. - Brief clients together with project managers. - Lead the internal design team and external contractors: set tasks, explain and improve results. - Optionally participate in design creation personally.

Requirements: - Strong portfolio. - 3-5 years of experience in a digital studio. - Proficient in Figma and Photoshop, knowledge of typography, color, and modern UX. - Understanding of 3D and neural networks. - Experience building AI pipelines. - Experience defending ideas before clients, setting tasks, and conducting reviews. - Leadership or design mentoring experience. - English is a plus.
