Avito's AI-creative studio seeks an Art Director to lead visual direction, shape artistic concepts for campaigns, select references, approve visual solutions, and task neuro-designers using AI tools. Based in Moscow.

AI-creative studio at Avito is part of the horizontal marketing communications team. The team works at the intersection of design, advertising production, and AI tools: develops approaches to creating creatives, forms quality standards, and helps marketing and design teams use AI pipelines in their work. The Art Director will lead the visual direction of the AI-creative studio, form the artistic concept of campaigns and projects, select references, approve visual solutions independently or while curating the team's work, and set tasks for neuro-designers taking into account the capabilities and limitations of specific AI tools.
