Multiways, a creative agency, is seeking an Art Director and a Creator to form a full-time creative pair. Responsibilities include developing concepts for special projects and preparing creative proposals. The role is based in Moscow with a hybrid option possible after probation.

Develop concepts for special projects and prepare strong creative proposals. Create projects with viral potential, feasible within the given budget. Responsibilities include working with briefs, analyzing target audiences and market insights, developing creative concepts as a pair, forming the visual vision of the project, defending concepts to the client, leading creative supervision of the project, and preparing tender proposals.

Ability to create projects with viral potential and within budget. Experience as an Art Director or Creator, or as an established creative pair.

Full-time position. Office in Moscow, near Botanichesky Sad metro station. Hybrid work is negotiable after the probation period.
