Art Director / Creative Lead
Entusiasm AI is looking for an Art Director / Creative Lead to join their creative AI studio. The role involves developing ideas, visual concepts, and leading the visual direction for major brands. Full-time position with fixed salary plus project percentage.
We are a creative AI studio Entusiasm. We create vibrant videos, visuals, and special projects for the largest brands. We want to find a person who loves what they do, will jump into projects, and become our leader in the visual direction. → What you will do: - Come up with ideas and visual concepts - Build AI video pipelines - Implement visual projects - Control and develop the video production team - Develop the studio's visual style
→ Perrrfect match: - Strong taste and art direction skills - Experience with large campaigns and AI video - Fan of new tools and pipelines - Experience in motion / editing (a big plus)
→ Conditions: - Full-time - Fixed salary + % from projects - Influence on the product and studio development - Partnership perspective - Ideally, you are from Moscow or can visit periodically
