Art Director position at "Za_Prirodu" in Voronezh. Full-time role involving project development from idea to production, client interaction, and team management. Hybrid work format (3 days office, 2 days remote).

"Za_Prirodu" has been developing natural areas since 2010, implementing complex projects for ecological trails, natural museums and exhibitions, and eco-parks, and creating identities for natural areas. We are a small full-cycle company: we start each project with ideas and concepts, create content, do design, 3D models and drawings, produce structures ourselves, deliver them to the site, assemble and check. What you will do: - Participate in all stages of the project from idea to production; - Interact with clients and present design concepts, reasonably defend certain solutions; - Interact with the production department and bring design concepts to material embodiment; - Distribute the workload among the department's designers, form teams; - Exercise design control over the solutions of junior designers, inspire, motivate, and help.

What we expect: - Ability to think in 3D and solve spatial problems: understand how the exhibition will fit into the volume of the room, how information stands will look among forest or steppe landscapes; - Developed artistic taste and visual experience; - Experience with CorelDraw, Figma, Illustrator.
