Art Director position at "Za_Prirodu" in Voronezh. Full-time role involving project development from idea to production, client interaction, and team management. Hybrid work format (3 days office, 2 days remote).

"Za_Prirodu" has been developing natural areas since 2010, implementing complex projects for ecological trails, natural museums, eco-parks, and creating natural area identities. We are a small full-cycle company: we start each project with ideas and concepts, create content, design, 3D models, and drawings, produce structures ourselves, deliver them, assemble, and check. We are looking for an Art Director (creative designer) for our office in Voronezh on a full-time basis. What you will do: - Participate in all project stages from idea to production; - Interact with clients and present design concepts, reasonably defending certain solutions; - Interact with the production department and bring design concepts to material realization; - Distribute workload among designers in the department, form teams; - Provide design control for junior designers' solutions, inspire, motivate, and assist.

What we expect: - Ability to think in 3D and solve spatial problems: understand how an exhibition will fit into a room's volume, how information stands will look in a forest or steppe landscape; - Developed artistic taste and visual experience; - Experience with CorelDraw, Figma, Illustrator.
