Art Director for creative platform bzik (Moscow, remote). Responsible for all visual output: SMM, ad campaigns, special projects, tenders, design processes, and style development.

bzik is not a classic advertising agency, but a creative platform creating content, special projects, video production with AI, and influencer integrations for Burger King, Yandex Browser, 2GIS, and other brands. The agency is looking for an art leader who thinks systematically, not in separate images, to take over the entire visual output of the agency. Responsibilities: oversee all visuals (SMM packaging, ad campaigns, special projects, tenders), set visual direction and maintain quality of everything that goes to clients, form design unit processes and manage the design department backlog, develop a unique and recognizable bzik style.
