Art Director

Art Director for a restaurant holding on Koh Samui, Thailand. Relocation package, competitive salary + KPI, growth opportunities.

Development of unified visual concepts for brands: identity, digital and offline communications; ensuring visual consistency across all guest touchpoints; developing visual image of brands: space design, decor, interior, plating and product presentation; creating commercially effective visual solutions to boost engagement and conversion; creating and implementing visual concepts for events and special projects; managing creative team: hiring from scratch, setting tasks, controlling deadlines and quality; cross-functional interaction with designers, decorators, photographers and videographers.

Expertise in visuals and design, developed sense of commercial aesthetics and systematic visual thinking; experience in restaurant business from 1 year is mandatory; understanding of audience, behavioral triggers and principles of engaging visual solutions; experience in finding, hiring and managing designers, decorators, photographers, videographers, copywriters and external contractors; ability to work at a fast pace, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines; English language and understanding of cultural context of international audience.
