Architect-Designer at Akantus Atelier, from 125,000 RUB, developing working documentation for interiors in Revit, office in St. Petersburg.

Development and correction of working documentation for interiors in Autodesk Revit. If necessary, development and refinement of individual sheets in AutoCAD with subsequent issuance of documentation. Coordination and correction of working documentation solutions of the AI section with engineering sections during construction. Control of compliance of the design project with the work performed. Control and coordination of implementation of adopted design solutions by third-party contractors. Carrying out author's supervision over construction if necessary.

Higher architectural education. Confident knowledge of Autodesk Revit for interior design. Experience in developing design and working documentation for public interiors. Experience with commercial interiors: restaurants, offices, sports facilities, cultural centers, as well as VIP residential interiors. Experience in implementing interior projects and author's supervision. Knowledge of basic finishing work technologies, material properties, typical units and solutions. Ability to present and defend design solutions. Knowledge of regulatory documents (GOST, SNiP, etc.), requirements for design and working documentation. Portfolio required.
