AQA Python Senior at Devquality. Remote, salary up to 240,000 RUB net. Requires LLM/RAG testing, Python, pytest. Russian citizenship and location.

Devquality has been working in IT for over 10 years and provides various types of testing, helping project managers not worry about upcoming releases. The role is not purely an automation engineer position: it involves metrics, mocks in Lua, logs, vibe coding, databases, drawing schemas, communication with the team, building a friendly atmosphere, and QA processes.

Citizenship and location: Russia. Understanding of what a RAG system is. Understanding of prompt injections. Knowledge of approaches to LLM testing; the team uses LLM-as-a-judge. Understanding of hallucinations in LLM responses. Understanding of what a system prompt is and how it affects responses. Knowledge of SOLID and DDD. Understanding that the Quality Assurance Engineer role differs from an automation tester role. Experience with Pytest x-dist. Experience writing pipelines. Knowledge of what mocks are.

Remote work. Salary range up to 240,000 RUB net.
