AQA (Lead)

AQA (Lead) at Devquality. Remote, full-time. Salary up to 190,000 RUB net per month. Lead a network equipment testing team; requires RF citizenship/location and data center networking expertise.

Responsibilities: - Strengthen the existing network equipment testing team and lead a dedicated team. - Analyze and review requirements and use cases, prepare test design and test scenarios. - Analyze and optimize the test base, improve test coverage. - Organize and conduct testing of new functionality and acceptance testing for releases; prepare test plans, coordinate their execution by team members, and directly participate in testing. - Interact with related teams to coordinate work and remove obstacles. - Analyze test results, describe and classify found issues, prepare reports. - Improve testing processes and methods. - Measure and improve product quality. - Citizenship and location RF. - Experience with networks in data centers (DC). - Expert knowledge and practical experience with network protocols used in data centers (MCLAG, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, etc.) and offices. - Experience managing a team of 3-4 people. - Experience in hiring and motivating employees. - Understanding of modern computers and operating systems in general. - Experience with Linux, version control systems, task and defect management, and other software development infrastructure. - Good understanding of software development and testing processes. - Organizational skills, systems thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail.
