Antifraud Analyst at Zolotoye Yabloko. Remote work. Salary is negotiable. Responsibilities include developing antifraud strategy, designing scoring systems, analyzing traffic, managing rules, mitigating automated threats, and incident response.

• Development of the antifraud strategy: Development of risk management architecture and comprehensive protection against cyber threats; • Design of scoring systems: Design and support of scoring models (behavioral, transactional, credit scoring) in B2B and B2C segments; • Data Mining and traffic analysis: Deep analysis of session and transactional traffic to identify fraud patterns and anomalies; • Rule management: Setting up, backtesting, and calibrating decision rules with strict control of False Positive / False Negative metrics; • Mitigation of automated threats: Protection of infrastructure and API from illegitimate load, parsing, DDoS, bonus hunting, multi-accounting, and other threats; • Testing and validation of antifraud algorithms: Creation and testing of new antifraud rules and algorithms, considering current security threats, as well as their impact on data and transaction security; • Antifraud systems administration: Alert processing, rule creation, modification, and implementation; • Threat Intelligence and incidents: Threat hunting, investigation of information security incidents, and coordination of response with relevant departments.

• Deep expertise in Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, and protection against automated attacks; • Solid understanding of Decision Management systems and principles of credit/transactional scoring; • Experience with large data volumes (raw log analysis, anomaly detection); • Proficient in SQL and Python for advanced analytics and automation; • Plus: Experience integrating external data providers (Scoring API) and conducting retrospective A/B testing of new antifraud algorithms.
