Android Developer (Middle)

Middle Android Developer for an HRTech project in Belgrade. Requires 2+ years of commercial Android development experience with Kotlin. Office-based role with Serbian employment.

We at SYMALLOR are looking for a Middle Android Developer for an internal project with one of our clients: a product IT company specializing in the development and support of high-load solutions for both its own products and large corporate customers.

Key requirements: - 2+ years of commercial Android development experience - Kotlin is the primary development language (legacy in Java) - Confident work with ViewBinding, DataBinding (plus) - Practical understanding of the Activity and Fragment lifecycle - Experience with Retrofit + OkHttp - Work with RecyclerView, understanding DiffUtil - Understanding of at least one architectural approach: MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture - Experience with Hilt / Dagger 2 Will be a plus: - Kotlin Coroutines + Flow in production - Room, Paging 3 - Code review experience - Writing unit tests - Experience with Android Profiler (memory, CPU)
