App&Web is a unit-owner of the global Dodo Pizza app and website. We not only bring major changes to customer experience but also develop a customer experience expertise center, setting up hypothesis processes and launching user research. Our unit consists of several cross-functional feature teams, each developing its own domain. Each team has all necessary functions to build a great product: Android, iOS, backend, QA, design, and product analytics. We are looking for an Android developer for the order processing team. The team owns the entire flow from address selection to cart and order creation. Any improvement here directly affects the number of orders and average check.

— Want to build a quality product, not just write code; — Deep knowledge of Android SDK, including fragment frameworks and Jetpack Compose; — Confident in Kotlin, including Kotlin Coroutines, and able to use them effectively; — Able to organize layered architecture in the app, understand MVVM pattern, know how to effectively split the app into modules; — Able to decompose tasks and provide realistic estimates; — Timely highlight risks and keep the process transparent for the team; — Drive feature to result: release, feature toggles, monitoring, metric validation; — Able to work in a team, argue decisions, and take initiative; — Plan work so QA has time for testing. Nice to have: — Writing tests (e.g., unit, UI, or screenshot tests); — Able to set up CI/CD; — Know how to work with feature toggles, A/B tests, and product analytics; — Use AI tools (Cursor / Copilot / Claude Code) in practice.
